  • The Quality Management Plan shall provide a description of Proposer's plan and approach to quality management during all stages of the Project through mobilization, the design and construction of the Project and the maintenance and handback of the Project at the end of the CMA, if a CMA is used.

  • Refer to the Development Agreement Documents and CMA Documents, as applicable, for information regarding time commitment requirements for Key Personnel and TxDOT’s rights if it determines that any such personnel are not devoting sufficient time to the prosecution and performance of the work required for the Project.
