  • If, in the judgment of the CN&G Committee, a grievance affects a group or class of teachers, the CN&G Committee may submit such grievance in writing to the Superintendent directly and the processing of such grievance will be commenced at Level Two.

  • Any income or gain realized pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute a special incentive payment to the Participant and shall not be taken into account, to the extent permissible under applicable law, as compensation for purposes of any of the employee benefit plans of the Company or any subsidiary except as may be determined by the CNG Committee or by the Board or board of directors of the applicable subsidiary.
