COAH Regulations definition

COAH Regulations means the substantive and procedural rules enacted by COAH from time to time, including but not limited to UHAC, as defined below. “Commence Construction”, “Commencement of Construction”, or “Commencement Date” shall mean the date upon which the construction force and machinery is mobilized for construction of the Project in accordance with Governmental Approvals.
COAH Regulations means the substantive and procedural rules enacted by COAH from time to time, including but not limited to Uniform Housing Affordability Controls, as defined below.

Examples of COAH Regulations in a sentence
