Examples of Coal Consultant in a sentence

  • No later than 30 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower, an updated Coal Report prepared by the Coal Consultant, which shall cover the matters referred to in Section 9.1(l) and otherwise be in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Majority Institutions.

  • Coal Consultant and its Authorized Representative shall have no authority and shall not represent that they have the authority, to execute any agreements or other documents on behalf of Producer, or to assume, incur or undertake any obligation in the name of or for the account of Producer.

  • Coal Consultant is willing to provide such services to Producer upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • Coal Consultant will be the exclusive provider of such Services to Producer during the Term; provided, however, that Coal Consultant will be free to provide the same or similar services for its own account or the account of its Affiliates or other Persons without obligation to Producer.

  • Coal Consultant acknowledges that Operator shall be permitted to act on behalf of Producer under this Agreement in connection with the performance of such services for Producer.

  • Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.
