Examples of Coal Consultant in a sentence

  • Consistent with the foregoing, neither Producer nor Operator will be entitled to retain any other Person to perform any of the Services or any similar services to them on the Site, nor shall they be entitled to perform the Services or any similar services for the account of Producer, so long as Coal Consultant is tendering the Services to Producer in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Coal Consultant acknowledges that Operator shall be permitted to act on behalf of Producer under this Agreement in connection with the performance of such services for Producer.

  • Notification of any such change shall be made in writing to Producer and to the Coal Consultant.

  • No later than 30 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower, an updated Coal Report prepared by the Coal Consultant, which shall cover the matters referred to in Section 9.1(l) and otherwise be in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Majority Institutions.

  • Coal Consultant and its officers and employees, including its Authorized Representative, are not employees, agents, servants or representatives of Producer.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Section 6.2, all expenses incurred by Coal Consultant or its Authorized Representative or Affiliates while performing the Services, including compensation, salary, employee benefits, and expenses of Coal Consultant and its Authorized Representative and all workers employed by Coal Consultant in performance of the Services, shall be paid by Coal Consultant.

Related to Coal Consultant

  • Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.
