Coastal Ferry Services Contract. ’ means the 60 year services contract commencing April 1, 2003 between BC Ferries and the Province which sets out the core ferry transportation services to be provided by BC Ferries and the service fees payable by the Province for such services;
Coastal Ferry Services Contract or "CFSC" means the service contract between the Province and BC Ferries entitled the "Coastal Ferry Services Contract", as amended, and any other words having initial uppercase letters will have the meaning given to them in the CFSC. References to Sections and Schedules in this Amending Agreement refer to the CFSC unless otherwise specified.

Coastal Ferry Services Contract means a contract entered into by the minister under s. 27 of the Act, with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, under which the minister agrees on behalf of the government to authorize the other contracting party to operate one or more ferries on one or more specified ferry routes, and includes all related contracts that are specified in that contract as forming part of the Coastal Ferry Services Contract
