Code of Regulations definition

Code of Regulations has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13.
Code of Regulations means such governing regulations as are adopted pursuant to this chapter for the regulation and management of the property, including such amendments thereof as may be adopted from time to time.
Code of Regulations means the Code of Regulations of the Company, as in effect on the date hereof and as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and the terms of the articles of incorporation of the Company.

Code of Regulations means the Amended and Restated Code of Regulations of the Corporation.
