Code of Student Discipline definition

Code of Student Discipline means the student disciplinary code of the University as amended and updated from time to time and to which all students studying at the University are subject.

  • Any breach of the Code of Student Discipline shall be considered in accordance with the procedures and regulations outlined in the Code.

  • On these very special occasions, with administrative approval, a student may be permitted to bring one(1) guest to a dance, providing the student registers the name of the guest in advance with the sponsor and assumes responsibility for the guest’s behavior at the dance within the District Code of Student Discipline.

  • If you do not act in accordance with this Contract, we may take disciplinary action against you under the University of London Ordinance 17: Code of Student Discipline at clause 1.3.6 above.

  • Misuse of any part of the property and/or equipment within an Accommodation, Flat or Residence (including misuse of emergency or security devices) will result in, in appropriate cases, the Occupant(s) involved being reported to the police or other appropriate authority and action being taken against such Occupant(s) which may involve their right of occupancy being terminated immediately and an Occupant being subject to disciplinary proceedings under the Code of Student Discipline.

  • Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.

  • Employee Assistance Program means an established program for employee assessment, counseling, and referral to an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training which contains the terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

  • Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.

  • Indigenous Peoples Plan or “IPP” means any of the plans acceptable to the Bank, adopted by the Borrower, through UCPyPFE-UEP, and/or the pertinent Participating Province when applicable as set forth in the Operational Manual, all prepared and to be carried out following the requirements of the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
