Codemasters Remuneration Committee definition

Codemasters Remuneration Committee means the remuneration committee of the Codemasters Board;
Codemasters Remuneration Committee means the remuneration committee of the Codemasters Board; “Codemasters Representative” has meaning given to it in clause 12.3;
