Codeshare Flights definition

Codeshare Flights has the meaning given in Section 2.1.
Codeshare Flights means flights operated by third party air carriers providing regularly scheduled, commercial passenger air transportation services and marketed under Carrier's "JI" designator code.
Codeshare Flights means those flights agreed to by the Carriers from time to time between the city-pairs served by an Operating Carrier where the Marketing Carrier’s Code is listed on the flight number of a flight operated by, and originating in a city served by, the Operating Carrier.

  • If you are traveling on a Codeshare Flights, you should review the applicable conditions of carriage for that Codeshare Partner to ensure your familiarity and compliance with all its rules and terms.We also enter codeshare relationships where other airlines place their codes on some flights that we operate.

  • MVT exchanges providing for automated FLIFO of all Codeshare Flights accomplished bilaterally or through alliance-enabled applications.

  • As between the Carriers, the Conditions of Carriage of Great Lakes shall govern the transportation of Codeshare Passengers on Codeshare Flights.

  • The Parties acknowledge the importance of maintaining functional and accurate signs identifying Great Lakes and United, as appropriate, to facilitate passenger convenience and to avoid passenger confusion at airports served by the Codeshare Flights.

  • Gulfstream shall maintain its aircraft used on Codeshare Flights in an airworthy, clean, attractive and comfortable condition.

  • Gulfstream acknowledges the value to Northwest of the safety associated with Northwest’s brand name and agrees that its Codeshare Flights will meet all safety standards as defined by Northwest.

Related to Codeshare Flights

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.

  • Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

  • Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.

  • Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Interexchange Carrier (IXC) means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.

  • Delta means the positive or negative number that is a measure of the change in market value of an option relative to changes in the value of the underlying interest of the option;

  • Airline means any air transport enterprise offering or operating international air services;

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.

  • Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Transportation network company driver or “driver” means an

  • passengers means the driver and up to the number of passengers allowed as shown in the Vehicle Registration Document travelling in the vehicle;

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.
