Codeshare Flights has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

Codeshare Flights means flights operated by third party air carriers providing regularly scheduled, commercial passenger air transportation services and marketed under Carrier's "JI" designator code.

Codeshare Flights means those flights agreed to by the Carriers from time to time between the city-pairs served by an Operating Carrier where the Marketing Carrier’s Code is listed on the flight number of a flight operated by, and originating in a city served by, the Operating Carrier.

Examples of Codeshare Flights in a sentence

  • Gulfstream shall be responsible for payment of CRS fees and charges that are billed directly to Gulfstream for Codeshare Flights.

  • Each party shall furnish to the other party any requests to cease activity or similar correspondence which reasonably relate to Codeshare Flights and which are received by such party from passengers, any governmental authority or other parties.

  • During the Term, Gulfstream shall maintain control over the scheduling of its aircraft; provided that Gulfstream shall consult with Northwest on a regular basis during the Term regarding the scheduling of Codeshare Flights operated by Gulfstream in order to increase customer convenience in making connections between the flights of Gulfstream and Northwest.

  • Gulfstream agrees to consult with Northwest prior to implementing new aircraft types into its fleet if such new aircraft type will be used on Codeshare Flights; provided, however, that in no event shall Gulfstream operate any type of aircraft that is not in compliance with the provisions of Section 13 hereof.

  • Gulfstream shall maintain its aircraft used on Codeshare Flights in an airworthy, clean, attractive and comfortable condition.

  • Gulfstream shall operate the Codeshare Flights in a timely, expert and quality manner, suitable for and competitive in the market in which it operates.

  • Gulfstream agrees that, with respect to all Codeshare Flights, it will employ prudent safety and loss prevention policies in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

  • Gulfstream acknowledges the value to Northwest of the safety associated with Northwest’s brand name and agrees that its Codeshare Flights will meet all safety standards as defined by Northwest.

  • Northwest and Gulfstream shall mutually agree on inflight service standards to be utilized on Codeshare Flights.

  • The parties agree that utilization of the NW Designator in connection with Codeshare Flights shall be implemented in connection with flights operating on April 2, 2000, provided that all conditions set forth in Section 31 hereof have been satisfied.

Related to Codeshare Flights

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.

  • Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

  • In Flight means the time commencing with the actual takeoff run of the Aircraft and continuing thereafter until it has completed its landing roll. If the Aircraft is a rotorcraft, from the time the rotors start to revolve under power for the purpose of flight until they subsequently cease to revolve.

  • Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.

  • Airport System means two or more airports grouped together and serving the same city or conurbation, as indicated in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92;

  • Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Interexchange Carrier (IXC means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, interLATA or intraLATA Telephone Toll Services.

  • Delta means the positive or negative number that is a measure of the change in market value of an option relative to changes in the value of the underlying interest of the option;

  • Airline means any air transport enterprise offering or operating international air services;

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.

  • Planned Downtime means scheduled maintenance and Software or application upgrades; or setting up a new customer or service and service modifications;

  • passengers means the driver and up to the number of passengers allowed as shown in the Vehicle Registration Document travelling in the vehicle;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
