Cohabitant means an unmarried woman and an unmarried man living together in a relationship similar to marriage according to the definition in the Cohabitation Act (Joint Property).
An individual has a Beneficial Interest in a Direct Sales Company distributorship of (i) a spouse or Co-habitant, or (ii) a Business Entity if the individual has a Beneficial Interest in the Business Entity; or (iii) any other person if the individual shares in the benefits (financial or otherwise) of the distributorship of such other person.
An individual has a Beneficial Interest in the Brand Affiliate Account of a spouse or Co-habitant.
Cohabitant means persons with the same registered address over the last 12 months.
