The security agreements, assignments, collateral assignments and any other documents and instruments from time to time executed and delivered pursuant to this Credit Agreement to grant a security interest in the Collateral, including, without limitation, the Security Agreements, the Collateral Account Pledges, the Control Agreement, and any documents or instruments amending or supplementing the same, shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Collateral Documents”.
When all moneys, obligations and liabilities due, owing or incurred by the Borrowers under this Agreement shall have been paid or discharged in full, the Agent shall at the request and cost of the Borrowers reassign to the Borrowers the property pledged pursuant to the Cash Collateral Account Pledges and release any moneys standing to the credit of the Cash Collateral Accounts to the Borrowers.
