Collateral List definition

Collateral List means a written list, including all supplements, that a lienholder provides to a tax collector pursuant to this article, listing the lienholder’s collateral that, according to the United States Postal Zip Codes shown in the lienholder’s records as the mailing address where the collateral is situate, is located within a county of this State.
Collateral List as an appendix of this contract has the same legal effect as this contract.
Collateral List means the personal property owned by Borrower more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto.

More Definitions of Collateral List

Collateral List. An electronic list of Collateral Debt Securities and Contributed Capital Assets funded under or otherwise servicing as collateral for the indebtedness under the Credit Agreement, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Custodian, as such list is provided by the Borrower to the Pledgee and the Custodian (and containing such information as is specified in Schedule III) as such list may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with this Pledge Agreement. Such list shall contain such information as is reasonably necessary to permit the Custodian to perform the review process set forth in Paragraph 2, including, but not limited to, with respect to each document to be inventoried by the Custodian.
Collateral List and “Collateral Lists” have the meanings described respectively in Section 3.3 (Collateral Lists).
Collateral List. An electronic list of the physical Collateral funded under or otherwise serving as collateral for the indebtedness under this Indenture which is to be held by the Custodian, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Custodian, as such list is provided by the Issuer to the Custodian and as such list may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with this Indenture. Such list shall contain such information as is reasonably necessary to permit the Custodian to perform the review process set forth in Section 3.03, including, but not limited to, with respect to each document to be inventoried by the Custodian.
Collateral List means, in the case of each Collateral File held by the Document Custodian for the benefit of the Borrower and the Collateral Agent, a computer-readable transmission prepared by the Document Custodian containing the applicable information from Schedule I hereto (and such other data as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by the Borrower, the Collateral Agent and the Document Custodian), which shall be delivered by the Document Custodian to the Borrower and the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Agreement.

Related to Collateral List

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • Collateral Loan means a Senior Secured Loan, a Senior Secured Bond, a First Lien/Last Out Loan or a Second Lien Loan or a Participation Interest in any Senior Secured Loan, First Lien/Last Out Loan or Second Lien Loan that as of the date of acquisition by the Borrower meets each of the following criteria:

  • Permitted Collateral Liens means any “Permitted Liens” other than Liens specified in clauses (2), (3), (4), (5), (14) or (18) of the definition of “Permitted Liens.”

  • Hazard Insurance Policy means, with respect to each Contract, the policy of fire and extended coverage insurance (and federal flood insurance, if the Manufactured Home is secured by an FHA/VA Contract and such Manufactured Home is located in a federally designated special flood area) required to be maintained for the related Manufactured Home, as provided in Section 5.09, and which, as provided in said Section 5.09, may be a blanket mortgage impairment policy maintained by the Servicer in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Section 5.09.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Security alarm system means a device or series of devices, intended to summon law enforcement personnel during, or as a result of, an alarm condition. Devices may include hard- wired systems and systems interconnected with a radio frequency method such as cellular or private radio signals that emit or transmit a remote or local audible, visual, or electronic signal; motion detectors, pressure switches, duress alarms (a silent system signal generated by the entry of a designated code into the arming station to indicate that the user is disarming under duress); panic alarms (an audible system signal to indicate an emergency situation); and hold-up alarms (a silent system signal to indicate that a robbery is in progress).

  • Collateral Requirement means the requirement that:

  • Collateral Pool means, at any time, each Portfolio Investment that has been Delivered (as defined in the Guarantee and Security Agreement) to the Collateral Agent and is subject to the Lien of the Guarantee and Security Agreement, and then only for so long as such Portfolio Investment continues to be Delivered as contemplated therein and in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected Lien as security for the Secured Obligations (subject to any Lien permitted by Section 6.02 hereof with respect to such Portfolio Investment), provided that in the case of any Portfolio Investment in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected (subject to Permitted Liens under clause (g) of the definition thereof) security interest pursuant to a valid Uniform Commercial Code filing, such Portfolio Investment may be included in the Collateral Pool so long as all remaining actions to complete “Delivery” are satisfied in full within the longest period of (i) seven (7) days of such inclusion and (ii) as the Collateral Agent may agree in its reasonable discretion.

  • Collateral Insurance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a).

  • Security Tests means conduct tests of the processes and countermeasures contained in the Security Plan.

  • CREFC® Collateral Summary File The data file in the “CREFC® Collateral Summary File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy Any primary mortgage guaranty insurance policy issued in connection with a Mortgage Loan which provides compensation to a Mortgage Note holder in the event of default by the obligor under such Mortgage Note or the related Security Instrument, if any or any replacement policy therefor through the related Interest Accrual Period for such Class relating to a Distribution Date.

  • Flood Insurance Rate Map means the most recent flood hazard map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. Section 4001 et seq.).

  • Lender-Paid Mortgage Insurance Rate With respect to any Lender-Paid Mortgage Insurance Loan, a per annum rate equal to the percentage indicated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule under the heading "Lender-Paid Mortgage Insurance Rate."

  • Collateral Quality Tests means the Collateral Quality Tests set out in the Investment Management Agreement being each of the following:

  • Insurance Policy With respect to any Mortgage Loan included in the Trust Fund, any insurance policy, including all riders and endorsements thereto in effect, including any replacement policy or policies for any Insurance Policies.

  • Borrowing Base Property means any one of the Borrowing Base Properties.

  • Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.

  • Flood Insurance means the insurance coverage provided under the National Flood Insurance Program.

  • Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.

  • Primary Insurance Policy Each policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance or any replacement policy therefor with respect to any Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Impairment Insurance Policy A mortgage impairment or blanket hazard insurance policy as described in Section 4.11.
