Collateral Suspension Period definition

Collateral Suspension Period means each period commencing on the Collateral Suspension Date with respect to such period and ending on any Collateral Reinstatement Date occurring after such Collateral Suspension Date.
Collateral Suspension Period shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.17(c).

Collateral Suspension Period means the period of time beginning upon the occurrence of a Ratings Upgrade and ending upon the occurrence of a Ratings Downgrade.
