Collateral Tax Early Redemption Amount definition

Collateral Tax Early Redemption Amount means an amount determined by the Calculation Agent that is equal to the greater of (1) zero; and (2) the aggregate Outstanding Principal Amounts of the Notes.
Collateral Tax Early Redemption Amount means an amount determined by the Calculation Agent that is equal to the greater of (1) zero; and (2) the aggregate Outstanding Principal Amounts of the Notes.(b) Early Redemption for TaxationCondition 7(c)(i) (Redemption for taxation and other reasons) shall, for the purpose of the Notes, be amended so that “their Early Redemption Amount together with interest (if any) accrued to the date fixed for redemption” shall be replaced by “each Note’s pro rata share of the Notes Event Early Redemption Amount (as defined in the Series Prospectus relating to the Notes) together with accrued interest (as specified in such Series Prospectus) or as otherwise specified in such Series Prospectus”.If the Notes become due for redemption pursuant to Condition 7(c)(i), the early redemption amount payable in respect of each Note shall be, subject as set out below, its pro rata share of the Notes Event Early Redemption Amount plus accrued interest to the Early Redemption Event Date, save that, if there are any Outstanding Credit Events as of the date which would otherwise be the applicable early redemption date of the Notes, each Note shall be redeemed on the Postponed Early Redemption Date at its pro rata share of the Notes Event Early Redemption Amount determined on such date, plus accrued interest to the Early Redemption Event Date.If at the close of business on the 2nd Relevant Business Day prior to the relevant Early Redemption Event Date, the market value of the Collateral is less than par (as determined by the Calculation Agent acting in good faith, in a commercially reasonable manner and in its solejudgement), then the Notes shall be redeemed by way of physical settlement at their Collateral Entitlement (in accordance with sub-paragraph (h) below) but with no accrued interest on the Notes.

Related to Collateral Tax Early Redemption Amount

  • Early Redemption Amount (Tax) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Maximum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.

  • Tax Event Redemption Price means an amount equal to the unpaid principal amount of this Note to be redeemed, which shall be determined by multiplying (1) the Outstanding Principal Amount of this Note by (2) the quotient derived by dividing (A) the outstanding principal amount to be redeemed by Principal Life of the Funding Agreement by (B) the outstanding principal amount of the Funding Agreement.

  • Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Early Redemption Level (k) means the Early Redemption Factor (k) x R (initial).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Redemption Factor (k) means the "Early Redemption Factor (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Change of Control Redemption Premium means 125%.

  • Special Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Amortization Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(c).
