Series Prospectus definition

Series Prospectus means a prospectus relating to the Notes that incorporates by reference the whole or any party of the Specified Company Base Prospectus
Series Prospectus means the stand alone prospectus 22 October 2020 prepared by the Issuer and Gazprom in relation to the Notes and which incorporates by reference the Base Prospectus (which terms shall include those documents incorporated by reference into each of them in accordance with their terms and save as provided therein), and references to “Final Terms” in the Loan Agreement shall be replaced with references to the Series Prospectus;
Series Prospectus means, in relation to a Series to be admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin (or another Regulated Market) and/or offered to the public in any Relevant Member State, a prospectus which sets out the specific details of such Series, but excluding a prospectus consisting of the relevant Base Prospectus and Final Terms.

More Definitions of Series Prospectus

Series Prospectus means a prospectus prepared in respect of a Series attaching or incorporating the relevant Additional Conditions in respect of such Series.
