Collective Majority Senior Creditors definition

Collective Majority Senior Creditors means the Senior Creditors representing a majority of the Senior Debt under any Bonds and New Debt, based on the Senior Creditors under any Bonds and any New Debt voting as one creditor class.
Collective Majority Senior Creditors means the Senior Creditors representing a majority of the Senior Debt under any Bonds and New Debt, based on the Senior Creditors under any Bonds and any New Debt voting as one creditor class. "Debt" means any indebtedness under or in connection with the Bonds, the Super Senior Debt (including in each case any replacement debt referred to in "Replacement of debt" below), any New Debt, the Shareholder Debt and the Intercompany Debt. "Enforcement Action" means any action of any kind to: (a) declare prematurely due and payable or otherwise seek to accelerate payment of or place a demand on all or any part of any Debt (notwithstanding whether such Debt has fallen due or not) or Guarantee (other than as a result of it becoming unlawful for a Secured Party to perform its obligations under, or of any voluntary or mandatory prepayment under, the Senior Finance Documents); (b) recover all or any part of any Debt (including by exercising any set-off, save as required by law and normal netting and set- off transactions in the ordinary course of business);

Related to Collective Majority Senior Creditors

  • Senior Representative means, with respect to any series of Permitted First Priority Refinancing Debt, Permitted Second Priority Refinancing Debt or other Indebtedness, the trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent, security agent or similar agent under the indenture or agreement pursuant to which such Indebtedness is issued, incurred or otherwise obtained, as the case may be, and each of their successors in such capacities.
