Colorado Resident definition

Colorado Resident means an individual who resides in Colorado for 90 consecutive days immediately preceding the Security Breach or who was domiciled in the state on the date of the Security Breach. A person's domicile is in Colorado if the person's place of abode is in Colorado and that person, whenever absent, has the present intention of returning after a departure or absence, regardless of the duration of the absence.
Colorado Resident means an individual who owns or operates a business in Colorado, is gainfully employed in Colorado, or has resided in Colorado for 90 consecutive days.
Colorado Resident means an individual who currently resides in Colorado, intends to reside in Colorado permanently and who does not maintain a primary residence in another state.

ARBITRATION section is amended to include the following: Any matter in dispute between You and Us may be subject to arbitration as an alternative to court action pursuant to the rules of (the American Arbitration Association or other recognized arbitrator), a copy of which is available on request from Us. Any decision reached by arbitration shall be binding upon both You and Us. The arbitration award may include attorney's fees if allowed by state law and may be entered as a judgment in any court of proper jurisdiction.
