Examples of Non-Residents in a sentence
The Club may offer financing for initiation fees at a rate of no less than three percent (3%) for Residential Property Owners and six percent (6%) for Non-Residents with a term not to exceed three (3) years.
Initiation fees, dues, and other charges for Non-Residents shall be set by the Club subject to approval by the City within the annual budget or as a separate item.
At all times, applicants for membership who are Residential Property Owners and fulfill all other requirements shall have priority for membership over Non-Residents.
Regular Membership consists of two groups—Residential Property Owners and Non-Residents.
Subject to the 30% Limitation set forth in Subsection (ii) and the maximum number of Regular Members set forth in Subsection (c), the Club may admit Non-Residents to Regular Membership provided there are no Residential Property Owners on the Waiting List who are willing to accept Regular Membership.
