Non-Residents definition

Non-Residents means: (i) non-residents of Canada; (ii) partnerships that are not Canadian partnerships; or (iii) a combination of non-residents and such partnerships (all within the meaning of the Tax Act).
Non-Residents means non-residents of Canada, as described under “Trust Units and Declaration of TrustLimitation on Non-Resident Ownership”.
Non-Residents means a person not residing in Barefoot Bay and not accompanied by a member resident.

  • The Club may offer financing for initiation fees at a rate of no less than three percent (3%) for Residential Property Owners and six percent (6%) for Non-Residents with a term not to exceed three (3) years.

  • Initiation fees, dues, and other charges for Non-Residents shall be set by the Club subject to approval by the City within the annual budget or as a separate item.

  • At all times, applicants for membership who are Residential Property Owners and fulfill all other requirements shall have priority for membership over Non-Residents.

  • Regular Membership consists of two groups—Residential Property Owners and Non-Residents.
