Colorectal Cancer Screening definition

Colorectal Cancer Screening means a colorectal cancer examination and laboratory test recommended by a Physician inaccordance with the most recently published colorectal cancer screening guidelines of the National Cancer Society.
Colorectal Cancer Screening means a colorectal cancer examination and laboratory test recommended by a Provider in accordance with the most recently published colorectal cancer screening guidelines of a national cancer society. If a colonoscopy is recommended as the colorectal cancer screening method and a lesion is discovered and removed during the colonoscopy, Benefits will be paid for the screening colonoscopy as the primary procedure. Colorectal Cancer Screening means any of the following procedures that are furnished to an individual for the purpose of early detection of colorectal cancer:
