Colstrip Project definition

Colstrip Project means the four unit coal-fired steam electric generating project located in Rosebud County, Montana, consisting of Units 1 and 2 and Units 3 and 4, the Common Facilities, and all other equipment or facilities required for the generation of electricity at such units and the Colstrip Site.
Colstrip Project means the four-unit coal-fired power plant located in Colstrip, Montana, in which the Borrower currently owns a 15% interest in each of Units 3 and 4 thereof.
Colstrip Project is PacifiCorp's share in Unit Nos. 3 and 4 of the coal-fired electric generating plant near Colstrip, Montana.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

An NCZ Examined Project may be at any phase of development or in operation or an Installed Capacity Supplier.For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Net CONE” shall mean the localized levelized embedded costs of a peaking unit in a Mitigated Capacity Zone, net of the likely projected annual Energy and Ancillary Services revenues of such unit, as determined in connection with establishing the Demand Curve for a Mitigated Capacity Zone pursuant to Section 5.14.1.2 of the Services Tariff, or as escalated as specified in Section 23.4.5.7 of Attachment H.
