Combination drug definition

Combination drug means a fixed dose combination of two or more active drug ingredients into a single dosage form that is FDA-approved for marketing.
Combination drug means a co-formulated pharmaceutical product or product candidate containing the Licensed Compound and one or more active pharmaceutical ingredient(s) in a single vehicle. For the avoidance of doubt, a Combination Drug does not cover the simultaneous administration of the Licensed Compound and one or more active pharmaceutical ingredients using more than one (1) vehicle.
