Commencement Memorandum definition

Commencement Memorandum means a document similar to Exhibit “F” attached hereto. The Commencement Memorandum, among other things, shall contain a reference to the Rentable Area of the Premises and Usable Area of the Premises. Tenant agrees that the Rentable Area and Usable Area of the Premises stated in the Commencement Memorandum shall be binding throughout the Lease Term.
