Commencement of Service Date definition

Commencement of Service Date means the first Day upon which the Pipeline is deemed complete, operational and available to receive, transport, and deliver Product from the Origin(s) to Destination(s) listed herein.

Commencement of Service Date means the date on which Shipper begins regular deliveries of Product to the Pipeline at the Origin, unless the Commencement of Service Date is not the first day of a Month in which case it shall be the first day of the first Month immediately following the day which the Shipper begins regular deliveries, provided that in no event shall the Commencement of Service Date be more than three (3) months after the Effective Date of the TSA and if Shipper has not begun regular deliveries within three (3) months of the Effective Date, Shipper’s obligation to make Deficiency Payments shall begin on the third month anniversary of the Effective Date.

Commencement of Service Date means, the date service provisioning is completed and notice is given to the customer, or the first date of use of the Service.

• Anticipated Commencement of Service Date shall mean the date that IPA and Interconnection Customer anticipate interconnection will commence, as set forth in Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Commencement of Service Date

Commencement of Service Date or “CoSD” means the date on which the Letter of Commencement is issued by BBMP to the Service Provider.

Commencement of Service Date means, subject to Clause 3.6, the date on which the provision of the Services by the Contractor shall commence, which shall be 1 July 2002.

Commencement of Service Date means the date nominated by the Customer on the Order Form.
