Commercial Advertising Messages definition

Commercial Advertising Messages means, with respect to any service, Program, or schedule or group of Programs, commercial advertising messages other than (a) advertising relating to such service itself or the programming contained therein, (b) the programming of Content Participant or any of its Affiliates, or (c) any advertising which is displayed concurrently with the display of any part of such Program(s), including but not limited to “bugs,” “frames” and “banners.”

  • Material Adverse Event means an occurrence having a consequence that either (a) is materially adverse as to the business, properties, prospects or financial condition of the Company or (b) is reasonably foreseeable, and if it were to occur might materially adversely affect the business, properties, prospects or financial condition of the Company.

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.
