Commercial Charges definition

Commercial Charges means the charges and / or fees that shall be levied by the Concessionaire and / or its duly authorised agents and representatives, from various Users of the Project, on and after the Compliance Date, in accordance with the requirements of the Project Report and the terms and conditions of this Agreement and after obtaining prior written consent from the Authority.
Commercial Charges means the charges and all other sources of revenue or amounts of money by whatever name called that are payable by users from time to time to the Concessionaire / Concessioning Authority, as specified in ARTICLE 20 of the Concession Agreement.
Commercial Charges means the Tariff as per CDMA/Municipal Corporation guidelines levied by the concessioner for toilet users and charges for display of advertisement.
