Commencement of Operations means the beginning of active operations by a qualifying business of the principal function for which a qualifying project was constructed.

Certificate of operation means a document issued by the administrator or an approved local jurisdiction for a conveyance indicating that the conveyance has been inspected by the administrator, an approved local jurisdiction, or a licensed third-party conveyance inspector and approved under this article.
Plan of operation means the plan of operation of the program
Areas of Operations means the locations where PURCHASER performs the operations described in the contract.

In all other cases the warranty shall apply for twenty-four (24) months from delivery of the goods or performance of the services, or such longer period of time as customarily provided by Supplier, plus delays such as those due to non-conforming goods and services. The warranties shall apply to Buyer, its successors, assigns and the users of goods and services covered by this Order.

Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;
Operational Period means the Certificate’s actual term of validity, beginning with the start of the Validity Period and ending on the earlier of: (i) the end of the Validity Period disclosed in the Certificate; or (ii) the revocation of the Certificate.
Operational Date means the date on which a union school district
Academy Financial Year means the academic year from 1st of September to 31st of August of the following year;
Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Quarter means, unless the context requires otherwise, a fiscal quarter of the Partnership, or, with respect to the fiscal quarter of the Partnership which includes the Closing Date, the portion of such fiscal quarter after the Closing Date.
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.
Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;
Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;
Federal Fiscal Year means the period beginning October 1 and ending September 30 each year, which is the annual accounting period for the United States government.
Fiscal Year means the fiscal year of the Company.
Annual Accounting Period or “Financial Year” means the period commence on 1st July and shall end on 30th June of the succeeding calendar year.
Fiscal Month means any of the monthly accounting periods of Borrower.
