If proof of overpayment is satisfactory and City determines that an overpayment has occurred, City may refund the excess amount or credit it against future payments of the Commercial Hauler Fee.
If Franchisee does not pay the Commercial Hauler Fee due in full in accordance with this Agreement and EGMC Section 30.50.140, Franchisee shall be subject to, and shall pay, a Late Payment Fee pursuant to EGMC Section 30.50.160 and as set by Resolution of the City Council.
