From time to time following the Transaction Closing Date, AmTrust may elect to use of all or a portion of the office space used by any of the Companies prior to such date, including, without limitation, employee work stations, telephone and computer equipment and other facilities as AmTrust determines are reasonably necessary for the Commercial Lines Business.
