Commercial Management Agreement definition

Commercial Management Agreement means the agreement made or (as the context may require) to be made between the Charterer and the Commercial Manager in a form previously approved in writing by the Agent providing (inter alia) for the Commercial Manager to commercially manage the Ship;

More Definitions of Commercial Management Agreement

Commercial Management Agreement means, in relation to a Ship, the agreement entered into between the Borrower owning that Ship and the Approved Commercial Manager regarding the commercial management of that Ship.
