Commercial Packaging definition

Commercial Packaging means all activities after completion of Manufacturing of Product in finished bulk form related to final packaging and labeling of Product (in commercial packaging presentation) for commercial use, including primary packaging and insertion of materials such as patient inserts, patient medication guides, and FINAL VERSION professional inserts and any other written, printed or graphic materials accompanying Product, considered to be part of the finished packaged Product in accordance with the applicable specifications and legal requirements, and all testing and release thereof. “Commercial Packaging” shall include stability testing to the extent the right and responsibility to perform stability testing is transferred to Takeda pursuant to Section 4.4.
Commercial Packaging means commercial Packaging for military use as described in Def Stan 81-41 (Part 1).

Examples of Commercial Packaging in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, prior to the transfer of the right and responsibility for Manufacturing activities pursuant to Section 4.2 for Product in the Territory from Orexigen to Takeda, Orexigen shall retain the sole right and responsibility for all Manufacturing activities other than Commercial Packaging, including manufacturing Product in finished form for Development.

  • At the time of such transfer, stability testing for Product in final packaged form will be included in the term “Commercial Packaging.” Prior to any such transfer, Takeda shall provide Orexigen, at Orexigen’s request, with sufficient amounts of Product after Takeda has completed Commercial Packaging for such Product to enable Orexigen to complete stability testing for purposes of compliance with any and all regulatory requirements in the Territory.

Related to Commercial Packaging

  • Packaging means the assembly of components necessary to ensure compliance with the packaging requirements of these regulations. It may consist of one or more receptacles, absorbent materials, spacing structures, thermal insulation, radiation shielding, and devices for cooling or absorbing mechanical shocks. The vehicle, tie-down system, and auxiliary equipment may be designated as part of the packaging.

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Financial Product means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity.

  • Commercial Launch means on a country-by-country basis, the first sale of a Product to a Third Party following Regulatory Approval of the Product in such country.

  • Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of the Project and the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved by the Lenders, and includes Equity and all financial assistance specified in the Financing Agreements;

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Commercial applicator means any person, unless exempted in I(4) hereunder, whether or not the person is a private applicator with respect to some uses, who:

  • Financial Products “Development Services”; “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Borrower Products means all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology currently being designed, manufactured or sold by Borrower or which Borrower intends to sell, license, or distribute in the future including any products or service offerings under development, collectively, together with all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology that have been sold, licensed or distributed by Borrower since its incorporation.
