Commercial Process definition

Commercial Process shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Commercial Process means the process for the Manufacture of Licensed Compounds that satisfies all of the elements set forth on Schedule 1.40.
Commercial Process means a commercial scale manufacturing process for a Collaboration Product that is compliant with all Applicable Laws.
