Examples of Commercial Process in a sentence
During the period from the delivery of written notice from T&L to Genomatica of T&L’s election to participate in the Commercialization Phase in accordance with Section 4.1 until the earlier to occur of (a) […***…] and (b) […***…] (“Exclusivity Period”), Genomatica will negotiate exclusively with T&L in good faith with respect to an agreement for the commercialization of Bio-BDO produced using the Commercial Process in the Territory (the “Potential Transaction”).
The Parties also desire to discuss options to work together to commercialize in the Territory Bio-BDO produced using the Commercial Process and dextrose feedstocks at a commercial manufacturing facility co-located with a T&L-owned corn wet-mill facility in the Territory (the “Commercial Facility”).
Under the PROESA™ License Agreement, Chemtex will grant to Genomatica the exclusive right under the Chemtex Intellectual Property and PROESA™ Intellectual Property to use the PROESA™ Process Technology with and as part of the Commercial Process.

This Agreement shall apply only to the supply of corn sweetener for use in production of Bio-BDO using the Commercial Process in the first commercial facility in the Territory.
The Parties will negotiate in good faith the definitive agreements for the PROESA™ License Agreement for the commercialization of Bio-BDO produced using the Commercial Process, including the PROESA™ Process Technology, in the Territory.
MedImmune will inform Micromet of the completion of development of each Commercial Process.
In addition, the Contractor is required to ensure that all goods, services or works supplied in terms of this tender also conform to all applicable environment legislation(s), EPC32-727: Eskom SHEQ Policy, ST32- 726: SHE Requirements for the Eskom Commercial Process (additional requirements).
