Commercial Production Period definition

Commercial Production Period means in respect of each Development and Production Area the period from the Date of Commencement of Commercial Production until the termination of this Agreement or earlier relinquishment of such Development and Production Area;

Examples of Commercial Production Period in a sentence

  • In case the Successful Bidder/Contractor fails to complete the work successfully within the Commercial Production Period, the Contract shall be extended for completion of the balance quantity and during the extension period the penalty provisions will continue to operate as per the Contract but without payment of any escalation during the period of delay.

  • It shall be the responsibility of the Successful Bidder/Contractor to complete the total quantity within the Commercial Production Period.

More Definitions of Commercial Production Period

Commercial Production Period means period of 3 (Three) years from the Commercial Production Date, renewable by a further period of 2 (two) years subject to requirement by MBL and satisfactory performance of the Successful Bidder, at the discretion of MBL.
