Commercial Site Plan definition

Commercial Site Plan means a plan submitted to the City for the approval of the development of a portion of the Project that may include, without limitation, multiple buildings that are not intended to be on individual subdivision lots, multi-family residential buildings, shopping centers or similar multi-building developments or plans for other developments on the Project that are allowed under the applicable Zone as a conditional use.
Commercial Site Plan means a Development Application for developing a Commercial Site that does not require a Subdivision.
