Commercial Term Sheet definition

Commercial Term Sheet means those fundamental commercial terms of this Agreement reflected on Schedule B to this Agreement;
Commercial Term Sheet has the meaning set forth in the Credit Agreement.
Commercial Term Sheet means that certain binding term sheet memorializing the terms of a commercial agreement between the Company Parties and the Strategic Investor, which is attached as Annex VI to the Convertible B Commitment Letter.

More Definitions of Commercial Term Sheet
