Commercial Trust Indenture definition

Commercial Trust Indenture means the trust indenture dated November 24, 2003 between Xxx Xxxxxxxxx as settler and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx as trustee pursuant to which the Commercial Trust was established, as same is from time to time amended, amended and restated, or modified as permitted hereunder.
