Commercially Unusable definition

Commercially Unusable means a condition in which the Satellite so fails to conform to its design specifications or any Transponder so fails to conform to the Transponder Performance Specifications as to render use of the Satellite impractical in the exercise of reasonable business judgment or preclude use of the Transponder for its intended purpose.
Commercially Unusable means a condition in which C-4 so fails to conform to its design specifications or the Transponder so fails to conform to the Transponder Performance Specifications as to render use of C-4 impractical in the exercise of reasonable business judgment or preclude use of the Transponder for its intended purpose.
