Commingled EEL definition

Commingled EEL means a Commingled Arrangement of an EEL and one or more services obtained at wholesale (e.g., switched and special access services offered pursuant to interstate tariff).

  • Before accessing as a UNE (1) a converted High- Capacity EEL, (2) a new High-Capacity EEL, or (3) part of a High- Capacity EEL that is a Commingled EEL, **CLEC must certify in writing to all of the requirements set forth in Section 78.12.5.(D).
