Commission Reports definition

Commission Reports has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.5.
Commission Reports means the Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other Commission filings required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and Securities Act of 1933, as amended, which have been filed by the Company with the Commission as at the date of this Agreement.
