Commissionable Programming definition

Commissionable Programming means the Programming packages for which ESC pays a monthly commission to retailers. A current list of Commissionable Programming is attached hereto as Exhibit C, which list may change from time to time in the sole discretion of ESC.
Commissionable Programming means the Programming packages set forth in Exhibit A hereto, which EchoStar may change at any time in its sole discretion as provided in Section 3.1 below upon notice to MDU Dealer. Under no circumstances shall Commissionable Programming include pay-per-view or event broadcasts.

Examples of Commissionable Programming in a sentence

  • DIRECTV will pay System Operator a monthly residual commission that amount set forth in the Commission Schedule, attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT E, based on the Net Receipts received by DIRECTV from each active SO Subscriber per month for Commissionable Programming Packages, solely with respect to those Net Receipts received by DIRECTV while this Agreement is in effect.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the exhibits attached hereto), commencing upon activation of a Subscriber Account and for every month thereafter in which the Subscriber Account receives Commissionable Programming, MDU Dealer shall be entitled to a Residual Commission.

  • During the Term, DIRECTV will pay Operator the monthly continuing service fee based on the applicable percentage of Net Receipts set forth on Schedule 6.1 attached hereto that are received by DIRECTV from active Operator-Acquired Subscribers subscribing to Commissionable Programming Packages (the “Continuing Service Fee”).

Related to Commissionable Programming

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Alcohol use means the consumption of any beverage, mixture, or preparation, including any medication, containing alcohol.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help guide, and other documentation provided with the software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Alcohol means the intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol, or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.

  • Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • User means a person, department or other administrative unit of the City authorized by the Contract Administrator to order Work under this Contract;

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Interexchange Carrier (IXC means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.

Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
