Commissionable Programming definition

Commissionable Programming means the Programming packages set forth in Exhibit A hereto, which EchoStar may change at any time in its sole discretion as provided in Section 3.1 below upon notice to MDU Dealer. Under no circumstances shall Commissionable Programming include pay-per-view or event broadcasts.

  • The Commissions and Marketing Supplements shall collectively be referred to herein as "Aggregate Commissions." Related to Commissionable Programming

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Alcohol use means the consumption of any beverage, mixture, or preparation, including any medication, containing alcohol.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • User means a person, department or other administrative unit of the City authorized by the Contract Administrator to order Work under this Contract;

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
