Programming Packages definition

Programming Packages means the various packages of television and radio channels provided to the Customer in consideration of payment of Subscription Fees.

  • Outlet/mirroring/lease fees, Pay-Per-View, season sports subscriptions, and cloud DVR Service are included in the definition of DIRECTV STREAM Bulk Programming Packages.

  • DIRECTV may change the content, pricing, terms, conditions and availability of the National Commercial Offers, DIRECTV Service and DIRECTV Programming Packages, from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • DIRECTV STREAM Bulk Programming Packages includes DIRECTV STREAM Bulk Programming Packages and the A la Carte Upgrade Packages.

  • I have reviewed the activities of the Servicer during the preceding calendar year and the Servicer’s performance under the Servicing Agreement has been made under my supervision and to the best of my knowledge, based on such review, the Servicer has fulfilled all of its obligations under the Servicing Agreement in all material respects throughout the year.

  • In no event may DEALER condition any transactions involving or related to the DIRECTV Systems, DIRECTV Service, National Commercial Offers or DIRECTV Programming Packages upon the customer’s acquisition of any other product or service, except as otherwise approved by DIRECTV in writing.

  • DIRECTV may determine the content, pricing, terms, and conditions of its Programming Packages in its discretion.

  • In order to have access to any recorded programmes, the Customer must currently subscribe to the corresponding Programming Packages.

  • DEALER agrees that it shall not, without DIRECTV’s prior written approval, market, promote, advertise and solicit the sale of DIRECTV Programming Packages to any National Account.

Related to Programming Packages

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Video means the delivery of behavioral health services

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Desktop computer means a computer where the main unit is intended to be located in a permanent location, often on a desk or on the floor. Desktops are not designed for portability and utilize an external computer display, keyboard, and mouse. Desktops are designed for a broad range of home and office applications.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Catalogue means the catalogue of IT Products available for Order under the provisions of the Framework Agreement.

  • Machine-readable means an automatic identification technology media, such as bar codes, contact memory buttons, radio frequency identification, or optical memory cards.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • CREFC® Payment Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Payment Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Packages shall include bulk tankers, minibulks, flexis, crates, boxes or other containers and pallets.
