Commissioned Agent definition

Commissioned Agent means the person named as the Commissioned Agent in the SRA Letter of Agreement who by executing and returning a duplicate of the SRA Letter of Agreement to ACIAR has undertaken to provide the Services in accordance with the SRA Agreement; Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia;
