Commissioning Feed Gas has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8C.

Examples of Commissioning Feed Gas in a sentence

  • During each Month that Contractor requires Commissioning Feed Gas, Contractor will give Owner written notice of Daily Quantities as follows: (i) every Thursday by 5:00 PM of the Daily Quantities Contractor anticipates requiring for each Day between and including the following Tuesday through Monday, and (ii) every Day by 3:00 PM of the Daily Quantity for the next two (2) Days.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any failure by Owner to supply Commissioning Feed Gas at such time as such Feed Gas is needed in accordance with the periods set forth in the notices delivered during the Month prior to such need, shall entitle Contractor to a Change Order, provided that Contractor complies with the requirements set forth in Sections 6.2, 6.5 and 6.9.

  • Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and all other items necessary for the conduct of the Performance Tests; provided, however, that Owner shall provide operating personnel for supervision by Contractor in accordance with Section 4.4 and the Commissioning Feed Gas in accordance with Section 11.

  • If, following the twentieth (20th) day of each Month, Contractor’s need for Daily Quantities changes materially from the previously noticed Daily Quantities, then Owner shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the delivery of the Commissioning Feed Gas so as to accommodate the revised Daily Quantities notified by Contractor in writing.

  • In coordination with the Commissioning Feed Gas forward plan in 11.1B, no later than the twentieth (20th) Day of the Month occurring three (3) Months prior to the Month Contractor first expects to produce Commissioning LNG for each Subproject, Contractor shall give written notice to Owner of the quantity, in MMbtu, of the Commissioning LNG expected to be produced in the Month Contractor first expects to produce Commissioning LNG and for each of the following two (2) Months.

  • No later than the twentieth (20th) Day of the Month prior to the Month Contractor first needs Commissioning Feed Gas for each Subproject and no later than the twentieth 20th Day of each following Month, Contractor shall give written notice to Owner of the Daily Quantities for the next three (3) Months.

  • If, following the twentieth (20th) Day of each Month, Contractor’s need for Daily Quantities changes materially from the previously noticed Daily Quantities, then Owner shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the delivery of the Commissioning Feed Gas so as to accommodate the revised Daily Quantities notified by Contractor in writing.

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 2, Contractor shall provide all necessary fuels, lubricants, catalysts, and service fluids required for all Equipment, except that Owner will supply Commissioning Feed Gas in accordance with Section 4.8 of the Agreement.

  • Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and all other items necessary for the conduct of the Performance Tests; provided, however, that Owner shall provide operating personnel for supervision by Contractor in accordance with Section 4.4 and the Commissioning Feed Gas in accordance with Section 11.2B.

  • No later than the twentieth (20th) Day of the Month prior to the Month Contractor first needs Commissioning Feed Gas and no later than the twentieth (20th) Day of each following Month, Contractor shall give written notice to Owner of the Daily Quantities for the next three (3) Months.

Related to Commissioning Feed Gas

  • Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Project Commissioning means the Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated project capacity has been installed and energy has flown into grid, in line with the Commissioning procedures defined in the RfS/PPA.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that has equipment used to produce electric energy and forms of useful thermal energy (such as heat or steam) for industrial, commercial, heating or cooling purposes, through the sequential use of energy.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Pre-commissioning means the testing, checking, and any other required activity that may be specified in the Technical Requirements that are to be carried out by the Supplier in preparation for Commissioning of the System as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Production Unit means a facility for generation of electricity made up of a single generation unit or of an aggregation of generation units;

  • Generation Unit means a facility that converts a fuel or an energy resource into electrical energy.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16

  • Carbon regeneration unit means any enclosed thermal treatment device used to regenerate spent activated carbon.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
