Commissions means the Commissions with Jurisdiction over the Issuer (as defined on page 4) and the securities commissions incorporated in the definition of this term in other parts of the Subscription Agreement;
Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.
Tuition and fees means undergraduate tuition and services
Housing commission means a housing commission or housing authority as defined under section 3 of the housing cooperation law, 1937 PA 293, MCL 125.603.
Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.
Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;
Advisory Fees means financial advisory fees, closing fees, transaction fees, monitoring fees, oversight fees and similar fees, expenses and indemnities payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to the Advisory Agreement, but in the case of any such fees not to exceed the amounts payable in respect thereof under the Advisory Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date.
Leasing Commissions means leasing commissions incurred by Borrower in connection with leasing any Mortgaged Property or any portion thereof (including renewals of existing Leases).
Sales Commissions means any and all commissions payable to underwriters, dealer managers or other broker-dealers in connection with the sale of Stock, including, without limitation, commissions payable to the Dealer Manager.

City Commission means the legislative body of the City of Miami.
Contracts Finder means the Government’s publishing portal for public sector procurement opportunities;
Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.
Selling Commissions means any and all commissions payable to underwriters, dealer managers or other broker-dealers in connection with the sale of Shares, including, without limitation, commissions payable to the Dealer Manager.
Funding and Brokerage Fees means, in respect of a Series, all applicable fees other than the Arranger Fees, including, but not limited to, margin interest, securities lending fees, brokerage fees and costs of transaction taxes on the sale or purchase of Reference Assets (where relevant).
Planning Commission means the Planning Commission of the City.
Commitment Commission shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(a).
L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).
Selling Commission means three percent (3.0%) of the gross proceeds of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement, or as otherwise agreed between the Company and the Agent with respect to any Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement.
Part II means Tariff, Part II, sections 13 through 27A pertaining to Point-To-Point Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.
Ancillary Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all demand fees, beneficiary statement charges, fees for insufficient or returned checks and other usual and customary charges and fees (other than Modification Fees, Consent Fees, Penalty Charges, Assumption Fees, assumption application fees and defeasance fees) actually received from the related Mortgagor.
Facility Fees has the meaning provided in Section 2.11(a).
Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.
Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.
