Committed Adjuster Total definition

Committed Adjuster Total means the collective sum of Committed Adjusters that Vendor is required to make available to Citizens under this Agreement.

  • Additionally, reimbursement is limited to one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the Committed Adjuster Total per twenty four month period, unless otherwise determined by Citizens.

Related to Committed Adjuster Total

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Total Commitment Amount means, at any particular time, the aggregate of the Individual Commitments of all of the Lenders at such time.
