Committee Letter definition

Committee Letter means the letter from the Committee to holders of General Unsecured Claims that may be included with the Plan solicitation materials recommending that such holders vote to accept the Plan.
Committee Letter means that letter from the Committee urging holders of General Unsecured Class 2 Claims to vote in favor of the Plan, a copy of which is annexed to the Disclosure Statement as Exhibit 3.

Related to Committee Letter

  • Managing Committee means the managing committee entrusted with the management of a trade union;

  • Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Committee Member means a member of the Committee.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
