Committee of the Whole Board definition

Committee of the Whole Board means a meeting of all TRUSTEES in COMMITTEE and includes workshops held for the purposes of spiritual retreats, trustee orientation, or trustee in-service all of which are meetings open to the public unless closed under the ACT;
