Committee of the Whole House definition

Committee of the Whole House means a Committee composed of the whole body of Members of Parliament;
Committee of the Whole House means the Committee comprising all the Members of the Council, to transact certain kinds of business of the House and presided over by the Vice- Chairperson/Presiding Member of the Council;
Committee of the Whole House means, as respects either House of the Legislature, that House when it is resolved into a committee of the whole House for the consideration of any matter;
