Members of the Immediate Family means, with respect to any individual, each spouse or child or other descendants of such individual, each trust created solely for the benefit of one or more of the aforementioned Persons and their spouses and each custodian or guardian of any property of one or more of the aforementioned Persons in his capacity as such custodian or guardian.
Tribal Council means the governing body of the Band established pursuant to Article X of the Constitution.
the Council means Swellendam Municipal Council, and "municipal council" shall have a corresponding meaning;
Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Governing Council means the Governing Council of the University;
New Board means the board of directors or the board of managers of Reorganized Neiman.
MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
Members means the persons who are duly registered as the holders from time to time of shares in the register including persons who are jointly so registered.
New Boards means, collectively: (a) the Reorganized TCEH Board; and (b) the New EFH/EFIH Board.
Academic Council means the Academic Council of the University;
State Council means the resident members of the State Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision created by each state under Article IV of this compact.
Local board means a school board, public utility, commission, transportation commission, public library board, board of park management, local board of health, board of commissioners of police, planning board, or any other board, commission, committee, body or local authority established or exercising any power or authority under any general or special Act with respect to any of the affairs or purposes, including school purposes, of the municipality or any part or parts thereof;
CPF Board means the Central Provident Fund Board, a body corporate established under the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36);
Executive Council means the Executive Council of the University;
Member board means a state agency in a member state that acts in the sovereign interests of the state by protecting the public through licensure, regulation, and education of physicians as directed by the state government.
teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;
ordinary member of the committee means a member of the committee who is not an officer of the Association under Rule 21;
School Council for a School, means the school council established for the School under the Act.
District Committees means the District Public Works Integrating Committees and the Executive Committees created pursuant to Section 164.04 of the Revised Code, and District Subcommittees created pursuant to Section 164.06 of the Revised Code.
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council responsible for local government in the Province;
Council Member means a member of the Council;
Appeal Board means the State Charter School Appeal
Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;
regional council means a regional council established under section 2 of the Regional Councils Act, 1992 (Act 22 of 1992);
