Committee Resolutions definition

Committee Resolutions means the resolutions of a committee of the Board stated as passed on 21 May 2023 at a meeting of such committee of the Board recorded in the minutes of that meeting, as referred to in the Secretary’s Certificate;
Committee Resolutions means the extract of the minutes of the meeting of the compensation and personnel committee of the board of directors of the Company held on 11 August 2023, as referred to in the Secretary's Certificate;
Committee Resolutions means resolutions of the Company Board or the committee administering the plan or agreement pursuant to which the applicable Option was granted.
