Common Age definition

Common Age means, with respect to any Vintage Pool, the highest common Age of the Receivables included in such Vintage Pool.
Common Age means, with respect to any Static Pool, the highest common Age of the Receivables included in such Static Pool. “Confidential Personal Information” means any and all information or data protected by Privacy Laws, including (without limitation)information or data that: (a) is personal information or information about an identifiable individual (as more particularly defined in the applicable Privacy Laws) that was collected, used, disclosed or accessible to the Seller or the Servicer; or (b) is information from which an individual or individual's identity can be ascertained either from the information itself or by combining the information with information from other sources available to the parties.
Common Age means, with respect to any Static Pool, the highest common Age of the Receivables included in such Static Pool.

Examples of Common Age in a sentence

  • The State Licensed Line of Credit Receivable Cash Collection Percentage shall not be less than the percentage set forth in the applicable table in Schedule 6.17(a)(i) with respect to all Receivables of a Common Age within such Static Pool.

  • The Bank Partner Receivable Cash Collateral Percentage shall not be less than the percentage set forth in the applicable table in Schedule 6.17(a)(ii) with respect to all Receivables of a Common Age within such Static Pool.

More Definitions of Common Age

Common Age means, with respect to any Vintage Pool, the highest common Age of the Receivables included in such Vintage Pool. “Company” as defined in the preamble hereto.

Related to Common Age

  • Determination Agent means Calculation Agent Services LLC and any successor or replacement thereto or any other entity appointed as determination agent in accordance with the terms of the Determination Agency Agreement.

  • Syndication Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Valuation Agent means Party A.

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Distribution Agent shall refer to the Trustee acting in its capacity as distribution agent pursuant to Section 5.05 herein."
